Position applying for : Mod (If this is your lowest position). I believe that for someone to get into higher ranks, you have to put in the work and effort first.
Why you deserve this position: I would love to help you get this server off to a very fast start and make sure that it continues that way. I've always wanted to help a small server to grow and prosper, but you need an experienced partner for that, and from what you say, you are. It would be great if we could work as a team and help this server become great.
Experience: I have lots of experience with being in a leadership position in both real life and in Minecraft. I used to go onto servers and try to get Staff (which I do not do anymore, I have learned this is not a good thing to do), but even though it was a bad thing, I learned a lot from it, and most of the time, it turned out well.
