I've been on some small servers that some guys i know and built stuff for them, long time ago, so i don't know if they even run the servers anymore
Builds: Dungeons, redstone contraptions, houses, not uploaded any of them for download though
I mostly haven't been thinking about the looks, but when I do, i get really irritated and use a lot of time to fix it, really like building either gloomy caves/dungeons or happy cozy houses.
Strengths: good at some redstone stuff, small details
weakness: can't think of anything big, but I do of course have some

Have been admin on some (from building experience) again, i dunno if they are still running the servers
