    WTF Shady, of course yours is better, I limited mine to the $800 budget.
    But your right about the new Radeon GPU's coming out, taking that into account, I too would wait.

    Both are NOT pre-built as you requested, I don't know where your from and therefore do not know your local Hardware stores etc. Sorry
    I would suggest buying a PC from a place where you can pick the parts yourself and get them to assemble it for you, its generally a lot cheaper!

    Edit: Use http://pc.ncix.com/pcbuilder/ to build the PC for you, I think there's a charge for it but it's worth it if you want to avoid the hassle of building it yourself!
