Experience:Although I've never been a staff member of a server with more than 100 players on it, I do have experience on small servers, and can easily spot people that are not following the rules (IE: Hacking, Chat spam/ Advertising/anything innapropriate) and do have the basic knowledge of commands usually added on servers like essential plugin commands and a small bit of command block and redstone knowledge, which I doubt I'll use oftten as usually developers will take things involving that, but atleast I have background knowledge incase anything somehow goes wrong and you need my help in that area!
What makes a staff member any different to a normal player?:Well firstly, a staff member must HAVE to be responsible, as a irresponsible staff member on the server can lead to rank abuse and can cause the whole server to come down on itself, depending on how high up the staff members rank is and how reponsible they are. Also, a staff member should always be willing to help people in need, - showing them around, and spending time on the server to make sure everyone is OK, whereas a normal player is almost the opposite and can spend as much time as he/she likes on the server, isn't obliged to help anyone, and can do whatever they so desire as long as it follows the rules! Of course there's a lot more differences, but if I put them all on here, this thread reply would take up about 3 pages.
Anything else you'd like to let us know?:I may be not able to come on the server on holidays or from a time below 3:00 (EST).
How mature are you?:I would definitely consider myself mature, as the more mature you are, the more responsibility you can earn and the more respected you will be - although I may get "off character" in parts, I try to respect everyone I can to the best of my abilities. Besides, how can you even rate someones maturity without looking at if they are repectful?
