I'm sorry when exactly were you appointed to decide what is and isn't rap? It doesn't matter if you don't like what they are rapping about it doesn't make it anything other than rap. And I don't really see a problem with it. If every rapper just made songs about their life story then it wouldn't be any fun. I'm not saying that there aren't a lot of songs about partying and drinking but it's not like there aren't any rappers that tell stories in their music anymore.
