See if the selected jar in the multicraft panel matches the jar you have in your files, that might be the problem.

The absolute only thing I can think of would be to take the map over to a single player world, destroy it there, then move it back to your server

applying for: Lore/Quest writer, I bring some terraforming talent to the table and a little bit of building but nothing too spectacular. I'm good at copying a particular style but my style isn't the best, but I can help in that department if needed, but i'm mainly applying for the Lore/Quest writing job as i'm an excellent thinker and writer alike.

teamworker or solo: Both
experiences with plugins (i.e Voxelsniper Worldedit etc): I've owned survival servers in the past along with running private servers for my friends. I'm great with all plugins and I can figure them out pretty fast. Good with .yml as well.
skype to keep in touch with the rest of the team: peppy_c (Look for the one with the name "Cameron" or if you can't find it just message me your skype and i'll add you.
examples of your work is a must: Not sure what to provide here since i'm not applying for the builder position.

Right, we already got this worked out. Basically we add a home per level of donating, so you can have up to 5 homes, small commands like /hat, a few extra protection blocks (regular players can get more too if needed for their work), and a small increase to their playing time - which is used for ranks, as in you gain ranks for playing time on the server.

Did look into that but it seems with the new update LWC causes a lot of lag, and uses a good bit of space at that.

Hypixel's server actually has something like this, just with his adventure maps.

Well it's not about wasting time, but basically my ranks are set up in a complicated way. Therefore, if someone donates for something, I would have to make a totally new rank just for them because of the way my ranks would work. Therefore I can just have buycraft give them the node, rather then having me create a new group manually.

Thank you tho, I suppose i'll go with Pex since i'm more experienced in that.

I don't need someone to do it, I know how to do permissions myself - i'm just asking for a suggestion on which plugin is the best when handling per player permissions.

Well it looks like you have all your groups set up under the first group. What I mean by this is that every other group but "Default" is spaced differently. That's what it looks like to me, but they may not be.

I'm not sure what you're exactly asking for. I figured you wanted to know how to do these but you have the link to the plugin at the bottom... are you still looking for the plugins or just need help with setting it up?
