Here's a few things I would like to see in 1.5:

Red Dragons

Spawn naturally
Breathe fire
Nuetral unless provoked
Tamable with raw meat of any kind
Ridable

Emerald Tools

Armor, tools, and weapons


New Weapons

Sythes
Battle Axes
Spears
Javelins


Fish

Spawn naturally
Can be caught with fishing pole
Can be skewered with spear

Sky Dimension

Click to reveal
Portal frame can be built out of smooth stone
Can spawn many types of dragons naturally other than red
Sky-themed mobs

I know this is a rather long-ish list, but I think that at least some of these things really should be implimented into vanilla minecraft.
