Minecraft/Servers Need Co-Owner

-Why You: I've owned multiple somewhat successful servers but I have also played Minecraft for 3 years and I know almost everything about the game, what players like to see, and how to make a fun server to play. My aim is professionalism and to create an amazingly fun server that can be called home to many. I know how to configure basically every plugin. I have a creative mind to create nice-looking builds, websites, spawns, sign tutorials, etc.. I also feel like I'd be a good plugin manager because I know about almost every plugin and I know which plugins work best together in order to make a great server.
-What are you good at?(Minecraft Related): A bit of building, moderating, control of power (I don't abuse my rank), knowing what other people like, creating websites, creating social media accounts, advertising the server efficiently, and things with plugins. I'm a great developer in terms of creating the structure of the server so everybody who plays likes it.
-Any previous experience? Yes, I've had 3-5 servers.
-What would you consider a good Co-Owner? Somebody who takes responsibility for everything around the server just like the owner does: paying for website, server domain, server hosting, managing payments, DDoS protection, moderating server, viewing staff applications (if you have any), fixing glitches, watching around for hackers, helping build, advertising, etc.. I'm very good at advertising and creating websites because I have a past with web business/internet marketing.
-What kind of server would you like to see come out of this? A server with a decently big spawn with lots of details and properly setup to match with the server genre. I prefer the PVP factions genre of MC where it's 5-10 seconds to TP home, you can't TP near enemies, you can open other peoples chests, TNT peoples bases, combat logging plugins, MCMMO or PVP enhancing plugins, etc.. But I can also work with a hub server with minigames, sky block, survival, spleef, and so on.
I would want a website completely setup, a vote & reward system setup, and obviously really good ranks for the server. I am good at managing donation ranks so they aren't too OP. Lots of servers tend to have overpowered donations but I know how to make them so they're just right.

- are you able to provide evidence of any previous projects e.g minigames you have configured, servers you have set up configurations for? No. Editing files and using built-in plugin commands are quite simple and I've had many servers and have learned almost all essential commands to popular plugins. Here is one of my old servers:

Advertising, professionalism, website creation, plugin editing, plugin recommendations, glitch detecting, ideas for the server, mature moderation, I'm okay at spotting out bad art (as in spawn buildings, etc.), I know how pretty much every plugin works and how to create/adjust a server that everybody enjoys to play

I think it's a terrible idea to buy a server host when the server is no where near complete, that will lead to nothing but destruction. We'd need a solid server plan setup and an ideal structure for the server, all plugins setup including permissions & ranks, very nice spawns, a good website, good introduction to the server upon joining so there's a higher chance people will stay, etc.. I'm up for the job and I've had a few successful servers and a few that weren't. We have a lot more to talk about and I added you on Skype, hope to hear from you soon!

Experience: I've played Minecraft since the age of 12. I started making Minecraft servers at 14 and stopped all of my servers at 16. I know how to run a server properly and maintain a friendly community with a stable server structure; as in there being no hackers, no admin abuse, no OP donation rewards, proper tutorials and introductions to the server at the spawn, eye-appealing spawns, I have a creative mind and am confident I can come up with a good building theme for my server ideas, ranks, permissions, etc., I say this because I used to be a Minecraft server gamer so I somewhat have a feel of what people like to play. But I've also created many other successful private servers for certain MMORPG's that lots of people enjoyed playing. I've also attempted to create my own game because I have many ideas for different games. I've thought a lot about trying to make Minecraft servers unique, I feel like I am capable of making a really unique and fun to play server with my current mindset. I also have my own web business. I know how to efficiently advertise websites and even Minecraft servers.

Of course I'd want to be paid. This is basically a co-owner type of job. I'm just not the host, I'm just the one making the big decisions which will have great impact on the server, that's the job. I'm not asking for an upfront payment so no I don't want to be paid, I just want to earn profits from what I've created.

I think as long as they follow the criteria of especially maturity, it would be okay. And to be honest I'd probably only hire people of the age 16 years or older.

If in cold climate with no shelter, or if you only eat one kind of food your whole time playing the server, your player will experience things such as nausea, slowness, and weakness, or mining fatigue.

If your person only eats one kind of food for a long time playing on the server, the player will get affects and will require certain kinds of food to heal him, or after a longer duration of time and drinking water, the player will go back to normal but will require certain foods or else the affects will come back within 24-48 hours.
But this doesn't happen unless the player has been playing for weeks and only eating one type of food.

Eating lots of healthy food and having a balanced diet of all sorts of foods will give your player speed, haste, strength, saturation, and resistance. These affects can last from seconds to minutes!

The server will use a plugin similar to HeroChat to give the server realism where players can only talk if they're within talking distance.

Player list is removed both on server list and in-game to prevent players knowing what they're up against, so you're in for a big surprise and everyone you meet is random just like in real life.
