The thing is, the song only has a piano, a weird-sounding instrument which I think is a violin (maybe a synth violin) and what sounds like a harpsichord or a plucked harp near the end... the only way to make a cello sheet would be to either have the cello play the root notes (i.e. a very crude transcription of the piano's bass clef) or writing a section for it... obviously the second option isn't really desirable since it would be impossible to recognize the song as it would have a very different arrangement.
It's not a matter of transcribing... the only reason that would be needed is if the OP wanted to play it in a different key, a trumpet, a harmonica... those are the only instruments where I think transcription would be needed, though I am by no means an expert in musical instruments. However, the piano bass clef doesn't necessarily have to have the roots... it could have inversions and therefore it would be different making a sheet with the piano's bass than one of the roots. There's many things I can do with this and the OP doesn't make it clear exactly what he wants which is why I ask.
