Yes I'd definitely join this server, however, I think it will be important that everyone is aware of the rules and that those rules are strict. Otherwise, the server could end up being a mess because people have no clue how things work.
Forgive me if this is unwanted advice, but I do recommend you to not allow people to found cities/nations yet. With an RP server its important to build up an active community of cooperating players, filling up their roles perfectly. For this, limiting the server to just 1 town for the first couple of weeks and keeping an eye on everyone will ensure that all the activity on the server will be centered in one spot, and that incase people dont fully understand the RP element, they can be guided by others. If you let everyone found their own city then it most likely is going to become a mess.
For the sake of the RP element, after a while there also should be a server lore, including all major events that occured since the start of the server. This adds more depth to the nations. For example, if Nation A invades Nation B and dethrones Nation B's King (or however you would call the leader) the events of that event could be detailly described and be added to a Server Archive (or on a website) so people have the feeling there really are things happening around them and that their actions can and will have their effect on the server lore. Whereas most RP servers have an existing lore, I think its more appealing to actually roam in the events of this lore.
Feel free to PM me, or give the IP in advance so I can lend a hand building up the world. Ive always been more drawn to working on a community, then working on my own buildings/projects
