How many servers have you been staff on? List how long you were a staff member on the server(s). a lot. i am usually a builder. but i have been administrating as of recently. this is actually my first actual app for a admin pos.
Adminstration Situations:
1. A player asks if they can be given new items because someone stole their items from their chest. What is your choice of action?
if able. i would punish the player who stole by putting them in jail if stealing is illegal. and i would ask the person what they had. if it sounded reasonable. and want like 10 blocks of diamonds i would give it back
2. Two players are arguing in chat. They are swearing heavily and insulting each other, disrupting the peaceful and relaxing mood of the server. What would you do in this situation if you were an Admin? i would warn them both. i have a 3 warning policy in my household. so i would use that. i would give them each 3 warnings. if they continued i would mute them and explain to them why its wrong. if they start being disrespectful i would let a higher up staff decide the further punishment
3. A player joins and claims they are from PMC. They ask if they can have OP so they can fly around the server and review it. What would you do?
say no
because that is the oldest trick in the book. i would tell them. they are welcome to warp to the different locations and video it but op is out of the question
