Describe yourself (funny, mess-around, over-achiever?); I like to think of myself a funny, witty yet responsible and mature player. There is times when strictness needs to come into action and having fun needs to go.
Why should you be hired? I should be hired because I take my job with full seriousness and am a trusted member among friends and other players. Im friendly and I tend to have a little banter with a few people on servers. Getting to know new people is something I enjoy. Helping other players is some I enjoy to. I have a lot of time to give to the server.
Mod: 1. How well do you handle situations? I handle with situations with complete maturity and in a bias manner. I do not take sides whether it be my best friend, I stick to the side of fairness and justice. Of course I would say sorry to my friend and if he really is the friend I believe, he would agree with me.
2. Are you mature enough to handle something. Yes I recently served a moderator position working with Xfeatures but I left the server due to downtime.
3. Will you follow the proper discipline rules on players? Of course that is my role as a moderator.
4. Will you not cheat for your faction, or others? A goodie a question like this. On the Xfeatures server there was a faction plugin where you would use "/f" etc.. I know this plugin pretty well and im familiar with it. I lead a faction of my own and I wouldn't let anyone cheat/hack. I put my moderator abilities before my own.
5. (This isnt a question but a note) You will be watched by higher Ranks
Admin: 1. Are you able to multitask? (Playing MC, Watching other Staff Etc) Yes I can do that, but we all need to settle with some IRL stuff, I suppose i'd be on maybe 2-7hours every day.
2. Can you keep things in order, and if not fix it? Yes I love to help players, but sometimes the arguments can seem really intense but it really isn't. All you need to do is calm one other player and calm the other, ask them whats wrong take both verdicts. If given evidence, example: a screenshot. I would decide on the final verdict.
3. Will you use your permissions wisely and correctly. Yes, I know how to set permissions and pretty much every admin command.
4. (Note) I will be pretty chill with whatever you do, just nothing stupid. Doesn't bother me just a job that I take very seriously.
Head Admin: 1. Can you handle the biggest responsibility? Yes I once lead my own PvP server with 24 members on nearly every day. I ran out of money hosting it and had to stop paying. I had to manage the admins and moderator's alone, It wasn't a big task I just skype'd them when needed.
2. How much time can you put in?2-7 hours a day, perhaps 18-24hours a week
3. What will you do on this server? I will moderate the players, make sure there not using any mods. Calm down arguments or flame wars, mute players if spamming or advertising another server. I would (my usual server routine) give players 3 warnings If they did not abide, Id ban them at tell them to appeal there ban on the forums.
4. (Note) This is the biggest job to do, when im not on. Yes monitering the admins and the moderators is a big job, but with my firsthand experience it should not lean any stress on myself.
