Honestly, scrutinizing people's tastes in music is just plain stupid. Yes, you may think that "today's" music sucks. That's fine. Thing is, other people like other things. Telling them that their taste sucks is just plain absurd. To those who are saying "music has been degrading over the years" -- it's all taste. I (and many MANY others) absolutely love EDM and similar electronic genres, and that's about as modern as it gets. In my opinion, it's one of the better musical developments. I'm sure some people from the 60's and 70's didn't like that generation of music, it's part of life. Am I going to say "You like the Beetles? Your taste is crap!"? Nope. Respecting people's opinions is one of the many things you absolutely must learn in life if you want to be respected.

You really need to post some system specs if you want an accurate fps prediction. 60 fps is about as smooth as it gets unless you have a gaming monitor that can manage higher. Asking for 100 fps, in most cases, is pointless. Also, seriously? You "don't want to bother" installing it? If you've already got forge installed, it takes 30 seconds. Otherwise, it takes about a minute. Just try it...

The problem is none of your drivers are installed. Depending on the age of the laptop, it will either be ridiculously hard or completely impossible to get all the drivers required for your laptop to run properly again.

I'd recommend going here if you're not comfortable with building your own PC.

simdol07Let me clarify few things here.
#1 Ram:
- Ram is the PHYSICAL part of the computer which it CAN NOT be downloaded from internet. It's most likely to fool you to earn money by ads, etc..

Also, it would not give you extra performance as it's just memory cache for frequently used files. You do not need more then 2048MB of ram (2 GB) to run Minecraft.

#2 HDD/SSD:
- While this gives you faster loads times depending what speed your HDD/SSD runs. However, it doesn't mean you have larger hard drive capacity, it will have better performance and more fps.

#3 GPU:
- This is what really matters against frame rates. The graphic card processes the graphics which will display on your monitor. If you want extra performance, and have about $4k to spend on GPU, Quad SLI Titan Black. You will get blasted by tons of performance.

#4 Frame Rates:
- In Minecraft, you DO NOT need like 35k frame rates at all. Even 100 FPS is a lot for Minecraft. Apparently, Minecraft only requires around 35 FPS. Even if you have tons of frame rates but if your monitor can not handle that frame rate, it's useless. You can also use "V-Sync" if you use Optifine.

I don't think we can trust this guy...

you're right, i mean, ram is a PHYSICAL part of the computer which it CAN NOT be downloaded from internet? everyone knows you download ram now a days. and my intel HD graphics 3000 is faster than any gtx titan z

Bro, GOML, Intel HD 2000 >>> 16x SLI Titan Z

For putting images in the forums, I'd highly recommend using [simg] url here [/simg] instead of

What you can do is use MCEdit to delete the chunks around all your important stuff, allowing Minecraft to generate new terrain in their place.

1. Nope, not really.
2. The sneaking animation in Minecraft existed long before twerking.

lezamop ignore these guys, they are trying to mess with you by saying optifine is good. however i think it is bad and am confident about my opinion. force update and reinstall is how you're going to repair this, maybe load the level into MCedit and save again.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, but... I saw your post about your pc, you are far from a "Computer Expert". Also, it doesn't tell you mall ware is mispelled because those are both perfectly valid words. It's spelled malware. Also, optifine isn't a virus in any way

seriously? i am a computer pro not a expert but pro, and i have many years of experience on internet and gaming, in fact i have 17 electronics in my house including appliances, how many do you have,,,,,,,btw just because i have a virus on my computer doesnt mean im not comp, pro, not everyones perfect
Ok, lemme say this very clearly for you because I'm not going to reply to you any further. You are the most technically incompetent child I have seen on here. You are incredibly ignorant to an extent I honestly haven't seen before. You are not a "computer pro" in any way, and you don't know what you are talking about. So please, just stop.

lezamGuys I'm a computer expert and professional I should know....

*edited out to save space *

make sure you are not using optifine to set night-only, it is a virus (mall ware)

It's spelled * edit out to save regret and backfire from posting against a computer pro *

Well if you're testing for when a player takes damage in general, you can create a scoreboard objective with the type 'health'. From there, to activate an event, just test for a player with that score being something like '19.5', or anything under 20. Obviously that's not incredibly in-depth, but with basic knowledge you should be able to figure that out. It is impossible to test for what item did it, without some serious trickery.

I've filled out an application, I hope it is satisfactory.
Application
I use premium Minecraft, my IGN is rtevans12 (contrary to popular belief, this is not my name )
Age: 15
Form of contact: I do have teamspeak
Time Zone: -5:00
Specializations in redstone:
• Adapting redstone to builds (eg. Blending into buildings)
[ ] Compression (Making the contraption smaller and more compact)
[ ] Ideas (Cool redstone ideas that the team could work on)
[ ] Common Redstone Knowledge (Knowing styles and names of redstone components and using them effectively)
[ ] Dealing with lag (Minimizing lag)
• "Pro-Proof" (Making sure there are no ways to exploit the contraption)
[ ] Knowing your contraption inside and out (If there's a problem, you know immediately how to fix it)
• Working with others (Working with other redstoners in the team)
Provide pictures or videos as proof of the categories chosen above that you have done:
*Are you currently in a redstone team?: No
Have you ever been in another redstone team: Yea, but it's not exactly around anymore.
Have you ever helped with a map that has become popular: No, I mostly work by myself, which doesn't work well with large projects I want to make. I have, however, worked well in teams before.
Are you willing to do a trial in redstone if accepted?: Of course
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Addional info:
I mostly specialize in the technicality of command blocks, such as scoreboards and exploit them to do something cool. I must admit, I'm not very good at analog redstone, such as circuits and switches. I know how to use these new features in interesting and useful ways. This includes war simulations, magic spells, and (probably) anything you can come up with.
Because of where my specialty lies, it would be difficult to provide proper picture documentation of my builds.
