Experience:The experience I had with other servers make me fascinating.I have been admins on loads of servers like cosmicpvp which is very popular Factions server during the beta.I was kicked as a staff due to lack of time in the server because I was on a vacation to France.I was a Dev on a server called Lightraid Factions and was trustworthy enough to control the plugins and as well as trustworthy to get op.I have been staffs and devs on loads more servers then what I have put in the application.
Why do you want to be here:Well,I wanted to help you and the server be more fascinating and as well as be repected by other minecrafters out there.I personally think Swiftcraft will have a great potential to reach and be a server that people would I like to play on.
Why do you deserve this position:Well,To be a staff member,you got to be mature,and I am very serious when I do really need to.I am very responsible and respectful to anyone in the server.I treat the people in the server like I was their friends.My skills and previous experience also make me deserve this postion more.I also am good with plugins making/editing plugins,and really familiar with popular plugins like essentials,groupmamager,buildedit.I personally think that I deserve this postion due to my skills,and my other potentials.
What do you offer to the server?:Alot of things,like new core and unique plugins that you might have forgotten to put in,hub gadgets(Currently Working on it).I will also provide a fairness to the minecrafters that join your server and make their stay in SwiftCraft more comfortable and fun.
How would you make a good staff member?:Well,I am very mature in any kind of situtation and very trustworthy when you or any staffs are not online.I can provide the server such fun,and amazement to the server as we progress through.
How many hours have I played on the server?:Well,none,but I can see how well you have setuped your server,like a great gfx for the server and also the application.
How many hours can you fit in per week?:Close to 30hours a week,it might be a little bit not satisfying with the time I can spend but I hope you understand because of school.

A little about myself:Well,I am amazing at keeping track of events/update going on the server.I also have a youtube channel with 28subscribers and I'm very active on it so I can make your server full of players soon in no time.I'm very mature for an age of 14,which means that I would not play around,and giggle all the time.I will make sure that I'm active(I can usually get on the server for like 2hours).I know basci plugins such as Essentials,groupmanager,PEX(A Bit),etc.I am pretty good at building,parkour,and pvp which I don't think it matters xD.

An Idea for the Fantasy World:Well,I think you should add dungeons,more bosses,maybe custom enchants,Classes/Jobs,and also brand new mobs.
You should add in custom weapons with your Devs(Honestly not me xDI'm not good
at making/coding plugins).You should 100% add in Quests which when a player is done with the quest,they should get some rewards depending on how hard the quest is.You should also add in a plugin called MCMMO which allows players to gain levels on specific skills such as Archery.

What you would call the world/server:I think should name it CubicFantasy

I hope I get a staff role like Admin/Head Admin hope to see you in your server

Am i mature:Yes,Don't worry about this,because I'm very mature and don't play around.
How long I can play:3-4hours
Past experience:I have had an alright experience of being a Admin/mod. I started out on a small server me and my friends brought up which no longer exists. I was head Admin on there and had a big responsibility like Checking the console for recent kicks and bans and seeing if they are worthy of joining back on the server. We ran and got around 10-20 players on at one time. I thought I would move to a bigger public server to do some staff training/work on there. I moved to a small server called Duel-play. It was a nice little server but i didn't like the attitude there when they were swearing and all there. I got demoted because I was not on active. So I decided to move to a new server called a1craft. This is a very nice little server where I got the job of being a Mini-games Mod and had the rolls of sorting out the plugins and kicking and banning the players. This is a nice little server with around 20-40 players online.
How i can help you:I will try to answer any shout questions players wan't to give. I am normally either in the Wild or in the Spawn area. I have been answering questions in Shout that players fire at me or other players but I am normally one of the first to answer. I have had some good experience of being Admin on servers and generally Helping players out.
The staff position i want is anything above mod

Why this rank:Because Firstly I have been online on diffrent server for quiet along time and have been taking in what the other staff members have been saying in chat for the answers to questions and have been trying to answer questions like "I need the command for Making a town" or "how do I look at achievements in sky-block", I would reply with the answer or with the help command for the subject like /skyblock help. I have also set my self a couple of targets for If I get Helper including: Try to make the modreqs the best possible Help and assists there can be and make them want to file in a modreq again. Also I want to be online more and Help with the questions filed in shout and answer them. I want to be a Full time Helper and Dedicate as much time as I can to the server. I will normally be the first one to kick or ban on the server from my experience from other servers. I am normally quiet strict with my kicks and temp bans when someone breaks the rules. For a spam I would normally give a warning kick saying "reason: Spam and related" so it informs the player there fault as well. I am in the forums quiet a lot as well replying to questions and answers or other related Staff Recruitment's, Suggestions and other posts that normally need a reply.
