A little about yourself:
(This really helps me know you write as much as you can!) I am a 14 year old boy i love playing games and playing football i am very social i love to chat and talk to other people i can be focused for a very long time so i dont get distracted im now in my second year on highschool.
Do you have a microphone to communicate with and a skype:

How many hours do you dedicate to minecraft?
(Time spent on forums, playing, reading about it, or anything related to minecraft!)
Daily i dedicate about 4-6 hours to minecraft it depends on what i am doing i play on a skyblock server now and check the forums about each hour i try to do things for the pixelmon server that takes me about 45 minutes each day. so i can say 5-7 hours.
How many hours can you dedicate to the server's development? i'm not sure, It depends on which kind of development im a TERRIBLE Improving ok builder but i can make good posts and attract people to the server to play on just like this application i made since many ppl answered. If its about attracting people/kits/social i can dedicate each day about 2-4 hours
What is your favorite server type? (Pixelmon, Survival Island Adventure etc etc)
I prefer pixelmon survival with weekly tournaments and weekly boss events i didn't played much adventure but i started it 2 days ago i also really like that
Why do you want to be a part of this project?
(This will weigh heavy on if you are accepted or not)
I want to be a part of this project to make the pixelmon server grow i already saw someone saying it was pretty good a time ago i dont want to make it like that, I want to make it better by contributing alot with searching staff members attracting players and be a fair staff member!
How mature would you say you are, why? Im 14, Im more mature for my age i would say 9/10 I can be mature in many cases like a big fight in the chat when doing important things on the forum/for the server. But being to mature isnt good im happy that i can be funny and be social to i like to talk and chat to people as you saw up there in my app but i can switch very fast from mature/funny

I was helper on the famous Savage Realms server, Unfortunately the server has no more donations to keep it running. I had my own server running for about 6 months with daily 10-12 ppl online really small but fun community. And i resigned a while ago from the staff of a classic tekkit server to contribute more to the pixelmon server
Why do you think you deserve the job? This question , I think i deserve the job because i can contribute a lot to a server you saw me contributing to the old kit pvp server i did alot overthere kits pixelart helping zane with plugins making forum posts attracting members rating applications. As you can see i did a lot and i really want to do a lot for this pixelmon server i just know it will be much better as b4 if we are going to do something RIGHT NOW it will be hard with the EULA coming on the 1st of august but we will make it through.

Why you are applying: I am applying because i am atm a mod on the pixelmon server and i see most of our staff isn't online. I really want to contribute more with like searching new Staff members and Beta-Testers Improve the activity of our Staff team. And i guess you already knew this but I really want to make a great server out of it just like i wanted with Zane till he did those things that was pretty dissapointing.

Maturity: My maturity? For my age i am pretty mature atm i am 14 years old, I would give myself a 9/10. I can be pretty mature when i have to but i can also be social and have fun with the players and other staff members, When something serious happens i immediately can become mature
Why should we Except you/ What will you bring to the Server: I will bring to this
server a different time zone, Since i live in the netherlands but that isn't all i bring to this server. I will bring fun and happiness i can be a very social person when im on a server i always chat and discuss a lot with people i can be very serious person when i have to i dont give donators more chances then regular players because i saw TOO many servers doing that, I can bring activity on the server i will be a very active staff member, You can ask zane i was online 4-5 days a day to work for the kit pvp one and last and not least i can work very good alone and in a team i wont get distracted very fast when i am doing something important.
