Yeah I can level with that. I agree that proper balance is what they need to find. It's not that I don't understand why, but even understanding it still leaves a petty bad taste in my mouth.

And yeah youre right there really isnt any point in arguing whether they are human or not. I'm just naturally inclined to give companies a suspicious side eye. I feel as if honesty and transparency is a dying concept in companies as large as microsoft. Power and control are quickly taking its place. But thats just coming from a particularly cynical individual.

-I think its a major overstep of boundaries to enforce their rules on private owned servers. Servers that Mojang/Microsoft in no way pays for or contributes to. If they were something like Minecraft Realms which is owned by their company, we'd have no right to complain about what they do with it. But these servers are hosted off of our own devices, or paid for through private companies unaffiliated with Mojang/Microsoft who are also hosting off of their own devices. I get that Minecraft is still their game and what not but to enforce rules, without giving the people spending their own money and effort to host these servers a choice in it is kind of bogus in my opinion.

-Also I'm not certain how much I believe in all of the moderation staff being human. I've seen some things that prove otherwise. If they really are humans they aren't very bright ones. I wont make any claims about it though because I have no strong evidence. Though I will argue that just because they claim them to all be humans on one of their official sites doesn't make it 100% true. As I saw someone say "And they wouldn't lie about that." I'd beg to differ. I'd be remiss to take what a company says without a grain of salt. They lie all the time and get away with it. All they have to do is [ay whatever the lawsuit demands of them and then its over just like that. Everyone moves on. Google, Facebook, Snapchat, and all those other large companies have been caught lying about their privacy policies and other things. They get sued and that's it. No irreparable damage to them. While I wont claim Mojang is lying about that I also wont simply believe it fully just because they wrote it.

-In the end I think the thing most people are salty about is having their fingers stepped on by Mojang/Microsoft, whomever may be responsible for this new addition.

-TLDR; I don't like how they're enforcing rules on servers they in no way pay for or support. Just because they say their moderation force are all human workers doesn't guarantee it to be true.

Thanks so much for your help! I got it all back in order. It's a bit of a shame that I had to delete my advancements as well but it can't be helped. Is there any specific reason for this corruption happening, and a way to prevent it? I may need to download and upload my world more times in the future in order to switch and update datapacks.

I also get this message on the output log: [17:20:48] [Netty Client IO #1/INFO]: Connected to a vanilla server. Catching up missing behaviour.
