I found a partial answer on another topic just now, it appears only votes reset, but the serverscore remains, so eventhough i would have more votes, the score somehow adds or subtracts but does not reset every month like your votes do.
So if anyone knows how scores are calculated at this moment that would be very helpfull, thank you.
EpicballzyPretty sure it goes by score? Seeing as the white banners score is higher than the ones below.
Yes that was my question what causes his score to be higher then mine, since it's obviously listing in order of score.
