Building skill out of ten? 8 I am pretty good I have made a couple of spawns and towns for pixelmon servers.

your experience? I have been Admin on over 5 servers. Right now I am Founder/Co-Owner on a rather small server that is losing light. I have been an admin on actually a Rather big server that was a faction server and the player count was 90 to about 150 people on. It was a very good experience for me I got to handle disputes and learn the ways servers work and got to play around with plugins and permissions, and I excell really well in that department. I also have had a ton of plugin experience I can do from the simple LAGG to the complexities of Pex.

something about you? I am currently doing 2 sports but are ending inn the next 2 weeks So I will have FULL time on the server to help.

Date of birth or Age - I am 14 Years Old

Do you have any past experience as a staff - I have had Staff on many other servers. From Mod to Co-Owner and I have even owned a server. I am right now Head-Admin in a rather small and rarely active server.

Why do you think you deserve this rank? -
I believe I can obtain this rank because I have really good peoples skills I know how to take care of arguments and other aggressive situations. I really Love to help servers especially factions servers because with PvP comes competitiveness and that's where my strong suit is with taking care of those problems.

How can you help improve the server? -
I can help the server by bringing a fun and safe and controlled environment to the server. I also can make the new players feel welcomed to the server and make them aware that I am there to help with either commands warps or just normal questions.

Any extra notes? -
I am very good with plugin commands, plugins, permissions, and a bit of coding. I am also a kind and a bit more on the lenient side of things but I do know where to draw the line.

What Will You Do When a New Player Joins:
I will Welcome them to the server message them my name and that they can ask me questions and come to me for problems.

What Will You Do If Someones advertise on our server:
If some one advertises on the server I will kick them with a message saying: "Please Do Not Advertise" and I will contact a higher ranked individual or mail them.

What will You do if you see someone spaming the server:
If someone spams I will first ask them by name to please stop and if they don't I will kick them and say "Don't Spam Please."

What Will You do if u see someone asking for help:
If someone asks for help I will call them by name and give them their answer.

Why Will You Ban Someone:
if I ever had to ban someone it would be for a hacker. But first I will contact someone before I even say anything to anyone. I will try to spy my hardest to get evidence before I contact someone. I doubt I will ever have actually ban the player but if the time comes I do I will do my procedure I stated earlier.

Will You Ever Ban Someone For No Reason?:
Never

If I ever see anyone flying I will tell them:
to please get out of fly mode if they do not I will contact someone. If there isn't anyone I will ask again if not then, I will kick them for disobedience.
