Experience: I have run multiple Minecraft servers in the 4 years I have played Minecraft. I have been able to successfully create, and manage servers. All of the previous servers have shut down due to inactivity, which is the case with most servers. I know how to use all of Buycraft & Enjins tools. As a streamer as well, I can deal with chargebacks and fight them successfully.

What makes a staff member any different to a normal player?: A common misconception that players make is that "Staff are just like players, so how come they don't play often?" Well, once recruited as a staff member, they are given work, the amount depends on the server. As a Helper/Mod, they have to manage players & chat, and keep the server civilized. A Manager and Admin will be given more work then a lower ranked staff member, which will make them occupied almost 5x as much. The only thing players have to worry about is making their experience fun using what the staff team have given them.

Anything else you'd like to let us know?: I sometimes may randomly have to be busy due to the fact that I'm taking math classes that are two grades ahead of my level.

How mature are you?: I would say I'm fairly mature. I know when to take a joke, and I don't get offended by most things. I'm also really chill, and I hate to argue with other people for random reasons.

a little about yourself: I am 13 years old and I have been building for about 2 years. Though I stopped and decided to come back to build, so I will be pretty rusty at it. I used to run a build team called Atlantia and our business was okay, though I have no recommendations.

What is your experience with WorldEdit?: I have worked with WorldEdit on many different servers since it is the key to building. I know how to work with WorldEdit and every basic command. In my opinion, it is the most important plugin when building.

What is your experience with VoxelSniper?: VoxelSniper is a meanie. It took me a really long time to understand and I kind of have a hang of it. I really haven't worked with VoxelSniper when building because nothing I build really needs VoxelSniper. I do know it is amazing when making and editing terrains, though.

Have you ever worked for a build team before?: Yes, I have. I have never been a member of a build team, but I did run one. It did fairly well in the summer and decent with sales. I have built with other people, but not necessarily been in a build team.

Any previous experiences with building, and if so, what?: Of course. I have worked with 4 different servers over the summer and am currently working with one now. I have always been a builder. I don't specialize in anything else and am horrible at Developing and being a Helper at the least.

Why should we choose you as our next team member?: I have a fair amount of experience that can be useful to the server. I have good grammar, which is really important when doing "business." I am always honest and love working with and meeting new people. I will always be of assistance when needed, and I overall love this job, which motivates me to work hard no matter what.

How long can you spend per day building?:I can spend at least an hour a day building on your server. And it only goes up from there, it depends on my school work and my daily life, I put that in my way first, then video games.
