Minecraft/Servers Economy Server Need Partner/Staff

Exactly how much java knowledge is "quite a lot?" Can you make bukkit schedulers? Hard-code java games? Using iFrame, etc? Can you make a bukkit command? Can you make a ranks plugin? Can you use the permission attachments provided by bukkit? Can you make minecraft mods either by hard-coding or using MCP? These are just some of the things I can do, and I wouldn't even say I have
"quite a lot" of knowledge.
