Minecraft/Servers Need admins for new PVE server.

Past experience:
I have been staff on numerous servers, including DestinyNetwork, CanadianCraft, MassiveMine, FantasiaCraft and more. Throughout these expierences, i have learned a lot about what it means to be a good staff member, such as being professional, hardworking, trustworthy, reliable and mature. I have also learned a lot about common issues in Minecraft, and how to solve them the best etc. griefing, stealing, killing. I also used to own my own Towny Server, called Lead the Way Gaming. It had to be shut down because I did not have the time to keep it running 24/7. It had a decent playerbase of about 15 to 20 people on, and it was a great experience for me, as i had no previous experience handling a server, including making a website, setting up plugins, building spawn. I learned a lot about these things, especially plugins. I could help the server if they needed help troubleshooting or setting up plugins.

Extra comments or detail:I am a very professional and mature person, who has had a lot of experience in being staff for Minecraft servers. I know the ins and outs of running a server, as I have owned my own one. I can be on any time of the day, and a, a very friendly person overall. I know you will not trust me at the beginning, but I am confident that I will earn your trust if I have a chance to show you what I can do. I am also a fair person, and will not spawn in items for players asking for them. I am also serious, and will not tolerate hackers and cheaters. Many minecraft servers think that just becuase they have the funds and slots to run a big server, that they will get popular and get a lot of players. But, in order to be a popular server, you need to have a good staff. Being staff requires that you be professional, unbiased, serious and mature, and I believe i fulfill all those requirements.

What you'd do in a griefing situation: I would see if anyone lived near the place, and ask them if they saw anything, then i would use coreprotect to find out who was the one that destroyed the blocks.
Why you'd make a good Mod: I would be a good mod. because I feel that I can help keep the server clean and free from people that want to ruin the fun and rewarding experience this server can get. I also would like to be a mod because I have had a lot of experience running servers and can multitask very efficiently.
