Server Experience: I have every range of staff positions on servers from mod to admin, to Op to Owner. I also played on a prison for a while and got myself to free.
Why you want to join the team: I have been staff on most type of servers ranging from tekkit to survival and I would like adda a prison server to my resume so to speak ^.^

Plugin Experience: I am good with plugins and configuring and setting up the permissions and can help you with any plugin things that you need. Plus I know a few developers in real life and I may be able to get them to help
