Need people to help build spawn!

Times banned/kicked from servers: 1 thought i hacked but didnt
Do you swear? not really
Situations:
If someone griefed what would you do? report or look at guidlines on ur server to c what i can do

If someone was swearing more than 3 times per 5 min what would you do?
temp ban tehm for being annoying and ruining the fun

If someone was being disrespectful, what would you do? temp ban or kick possibly ban if they continue
