Ok, i'm going to tell you how to make a better Builder Hire application.
First off, remove the Emojis, no one likes these on an application, because these make you look like a young kid, which i'm guessing you are, next, sort out your grammar, if you were going to keep this application you'd need to put:

In my opinion, correct grammar is key for a better chance at being hired.
Thirdly, it would be a good idea to use an Application template similar to this:

This sort of template is very helpful for starting off, as you will need to link people to builds you have made, so that they know if you're up to scratch, be truthful about how mature you are, if you are immature, you won't get hired, and you will definitely be fired from helping if you say you are mature, but in reality you aren't.
I added Redstone Skill because sometimes you will get asked about how good you are at this topic, so it's a good idea to let the people know about this.
I don't really know what "Grade 10" is, and i don't think everyone who looks at your application will either, so it'd be a good idea to explain this, although i don't think it'd be worth talking about this because most of the time people won't be asking for rollercoasters.
It is important to let the person who's interested in your help know if you can work in a team or not, because if you can't you'll find that many possible building jobs will be closed away from you.
One more thing i should mention is the fact that you are a Level 1 member, like me, but i think the best thing to do is to firstly post projects that you have made, to up your level a bit, because most hirers won't be interested in someone who is a very low level.
if you use my template as a guide, and level yourself up, you'll have a better chance of getting a job!
