How long have you been on the server: I've never been on the server before as I think you said it was new
Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): Well, I see this network as having a huge opportunity to make itself big and I want to help out on this amazing project! I love to help out other server and communicate with the community it is going to build itself.
Experience (details): Jeez, I have no idea where to start! ill start of with I cam currently a helper on a new Factions server that has not been released to the public. I also have been staff on other servers and even owned a pretty decent Minecraft server as well. Needless to say I know all the commands to pretty much the basics of being a staff member so I would not have to be taught.

Dedicated time: I can be on 3-6 hours everyday and maybe more on the weekends. I dont fool around when it comes to helping out other servers grow!
What you can bring: Well, I know very much about what it takes with being staff and I know how to deal with certain situations. I believe I can help out to make this community grow and make sure the players have the best time on this network.
Proof of work: I can give you the IP to the factions server I am currently helper on, all though it is not open to the public yet. You could also give me a certain scenario and I can tell you how I would handle it.
