I agree with Zeranny. If you "bring down" his website, MCJJH, that could harm PlanetMinecraft. Indeed the owner of the site stole mods however if you bring down his whole site...well that's not fair play and he at that point could technically sue you or PMC for that matter because not everything on his site is stolen (or at least I think). Just contact his email and nicely state that he should bring down those stolen materials and he will most likely bring it down because he does not want to put himself in any kind of trouble.

The only time you really should sue someone off of video game submissions is if they take money off of it. If they basically ask for the person to donate because of all those submissions they stole, then that is a VERY good reason to sue them because that money is rightfully the owner's. However there is indeed no point to waste money on buying a copyright or suing people over a video game submission and even if you do you need Mojang's consent because you can't make money off of Minecraft when they are the ones that created it, so you don't want to waste time doing all of that. Like SoulStealer said, ask them to take it down, and if they refuse well then that's when you should start threatening them.

If you can make a forum and a website for anyone, for free, you are wrong. If it's an actual website with your own domain, not something like: http://www.forum.webs.com, then you are mistaken. You would have to pay for the web hosting service monthly and I highly doubt anyone would ever like to pay for someone else to have a website. And if you ARE talking about having a .webs.com site then anyone can make that because it's free. So I don't understand any type of point in this post at all.

Alright welcome to the team! I can't give you access to the account just yet, I have to trust you 100%. You can build on single player or on our server that has just been updated! Btw, when the server comes up we will be working on an adventure map on there. So if you would like to join I will contact you over PMC. But if you want to make it easier then tell me your skype if you have one and I shall add you. We will be creating it on the server and way later when we are done I will MCEdit it onto a single-player map and post it on here!
