teamworker or solo - i like solo, i think its a little annoying being a teamworker because of the different aspects of the players.
experiences with plugins (i.e Voxelsniper Worldedit etc) - as a proud server owner i have alot of experience with plugins, im a little rusty with voxel but im am good at worldedit and most other plugins.
