Availability: Nearly 12/7. I am going outside the US moving back to Australia in June. So I will not be on for a good day or two.
Do you know MySQL?: Not really, I just know how to connect plugins to it. [limited]
*Can you setup and maintain permission?: Yes. I can do pretty much everything with GroupManager.
