The thing is, u must have high-end gaming PCs because the most I've ever got on my laptop (2Gb RAM) under those circumstances is about 30fps, when I actually move about it often goes down to 5-10 fps and 18-20fps is the lowest frame rate where you still have a flowing image (TV and film in the UK only uses 24/25)
