How can I help: I'm nice to everyone around meaning I can deal with pretty much anything going on (argument? I'll finish it for both sides to win) and always happy to help. I can build (pretty decently) and bring people to the server. I'm not the best at advertising, but I could bring around 5 people.
Can I donate: Sorry, I'd love to donate to everyone, but since I'm 13, I don't have a credit card and my mom won't donate to games just for me to get stuff on a game. I hope you understand Moms...

Someone is scamming, think fast!: I would ask the people who 'have been scammed' if they actually have been. If yes, I would ask politely to stop, and if it happens again, there will be consequences. If it still continues-"You have been banned! ~ I warned you."
Player A is accusing Player B of griefing, think fast!: I would teleport to the griefed structure, and use the /ic command to check who did it. If it's them, temp-ban. 2nd grief is a perma-ban.

I'm guessing this is about staff, yes? I've been staff on over 15 servers and I've got great feedback from at least 10 of them. The other 5 were the ones that the owners were kind of...yeah.
