Are you comfortable with recording/providing cinematic production upon request: Yes I have about a year of such experience.
Do you have the skill level to do so, and what examples can you provide to prove that it is so?: Yes I have about 1.5 years of experience and I just love to make edited cinematography or just edited videos with not just Minecraft, but real life places. I have made videos for a my community and I also have a youtube channel with a lot of my projects such as Dubai, Lake Tahoe, Nasu, and Tokyo. (If you wish to pm me for the channel you may)
What mods and editing softwares do you have that can help you accomplish these requests?: Shaders Mod, Optifine, PixelCam, and A lot of high quality texture packs. My editing software: Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Premier Pro. I also have a lot of experience in other softwares such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Flash. (Flash was something I learned as a hobby)
I promise to be eager to help and I hope to gain a lot of trust in this project while making some fantastic and fun videos.
I also have a good amount of expertise on youtube and photoshop, so if you're looking for a new channel banner i would be eager to do one
