i agree with Killertoad, At least get a SSD for Your OS, And probably a 7200RPM Harddrive. Thats probably the best options.

Most Likely a bottleneck Because of that graphics card.... Probably lower the Specs and get a 4770k and a Nvidia gtx 770 or 780.

(Source: I have a 4770k and a GTX 780 Best Choices Ever made.)

Also, Maybe You could do with a bit more RAM. What are You using this computer for?

Fraps. Dont go with Bandicam. Go Fraps. And If You have a fast computer You can Record. And If you are under 13 and have a high voice. Dont even record.

Minecraft isn't meant to be played on something such as a Notebook.

I use a laptop and i can get 60+ fps on max graphics.
Anyways, it would be helpful to know the processor, graphics card, and the ram you have. It might just be the processor, if it is too weak, no matter what you do, you can't get any better performance.

You See it really depends on the specs, how much it costs and desktops are cheaper and powerful. so It really depends on the graphics, ram and Processor.
