Ye, so download the base pack and then follow this videos instructions on how to make a costom skinpack with capes and cosmetics and then import it using crzzxy totorial on yt. U don’t come across as mean btw :D

Go to a cape like my 4th of July cape on planet Minecraft and then scroll all the way down until you see creat your own or use blockbench.com and select creat Minecraft skin and click on the body type and scroll down till you see “cape + elytra” then click it edit it and then save png and then go and import it through selecting a file :D

Go to yt and search up “how to make cosmetics skinpack Minecraft bedrock” or use crzzxy tutorial. I use a base pack like this And then edit the json files for my own liking just follow a totorial. But I also just found something that makes cosmetic skin packs for you. This is the totorial just download this and follow the directions in the video this is what I use. :D
