How the heck do I beat Trobbio

the concept of momentum: why 1 hit costs you more than 1-2 hp

we all know getting hit by a boss sucks, but trust me, you lose more than just hp when you get hit. you lose the offensive and the drive which implies you stop driving the fight, which doesn't matter against bosses like Trobbio but matters a ton against, say, every single boss that doesn't use tons of iframes

for example, say you get hit by NKG. You immediately lose valuable milliseconds which could be vital to reposition and get an extra hit in, which could help with the fight. not only that but also you lose the hp which means you gotta use soul/silk and a valuable moment when the boss doesn't attack in order to heal.
