Heres the deal. I just bought a server. No strings attached, not asking you to pay a dime. Simply need a Co-Owner to help me get this server started. If you think you've got what it takes, apply. A heads up, you'll be asked to help out with advertising a lot, so come prepared to do something to get us some players.

Answer these questions in order.
How would you deal with a person who is hacking? I would permenatly ban them from the server.
How would you deal with someone who is spamming? I would warn them, then tempmute them and then if they keep the punishment will increase.
How would you deal with an abusive staff member if I'm not around? As a CoOwner I would demote them depending on how bad it was. I would give them a strike first if its not that serious.
What do you look for in staff members for when we start accepting apps? Time, maturity, how much they can help, and if they would abuse and help enough.
If someone constantly made fun of you, but didn't break our rules, how would you handle it? I would ignore them. If it got to the point of staff disrespect I would warn them, then tempmute them and if it continues the punishment would increase.
If someone was a donator and did something wrong, how would you treat them? I would treat them just like any other player. Just because they donated doesn't mean they get to bypass the rules!
What is your basic course of action in finding out if a player is guilty? Watching them, getting proof, and them punishing them if they are guilty!
