What you can offer to the server: I am able to manage and assist players whenever such is required. I also am able to mediate players during argumentative and/or problematic situations which include, but are not limited to: mistreatment, abusive language, cyber-bullying, griefing, hacking, misbehavior, and so on. Additionally, I am able to organize server events such as contests and competitions. I can also assist players with any problems they come across with the server and answer politely within a timely manner. I will do my best to help this server grow and blossom to its complete potential, represent it well, and most importantly make the server fun and convenient for all players!

Previous staff/plugin experience: I have previously been staff on several servers (approximately 8), of which I left with good terms (besides two which I still am acting staff). I've mainly dealt with PvP/Raid servers as well as RPG as moderator, administrator, and head administrator. As for plugins, I've dealt with World Edit and some other Bukkit plugins.
