Why you?:First of all, let's talk about my experience.I believe I am highly qualified for this offer and can guarantee success. I've managed projects and communities for approximately 4+ years, most of my experience relating to games other than Minecraft. My most recent Minecraft-related experience was filling in the position of Network Manager at TheCluster and a Moderator position at ExodonMC Network which I eventually got promoted to Lead Moderator then Administrator within months of hard work. As a Network Manager, I ensured that The Cluster was making development progress and maintained productivity in staff. I do not work for The Cluster anymore ever since the project died. Even though it has revived just recently, I'm currently interested in starting my own server. As a Moderator as ExodonMC, I was to take up tasks to help complete the server I was assigned to which was the arcade server. I had to come up with kit ideas, gadgets, and anything else that was assigned in the task documents by our Administrators. I proved ExodonMC of my worthiness and was entrusted the position Lead Moderator, which I had to maintain productivity in the Moderators. I had the power to promote Helpers to Moderators, demote Moderators to Helpers, or even remove Moderators from the team completely. Eventually, I was offered an Administrator position, which I was to help take charge in server development and assign tasks to my team members. I have left ExodonMC due to real life issues. Sadly, after checking up on it, ExodonMC died.

I'm needing a big server for a big idea!The reason why I want the 12GB Ram server you are offering is because I have big plans! I'm wishing to create an enhanced Faction/PvP server like no other! The idea is inspired by another game that I frequently play. I want to offer players a reason to conquer and create alliances. I want players to be rewarded for killing, gathering resources, and dominating the field. I want the server to be truly community driven. By doing so, I intend to revamp "Factions" completely. If I can recruit a skilled and willingly developer, I plan to get a custom "Factions" like plugin created. I can not offer too much information since I don't want to risk this idea getting taken, so I will be very vague. If you wish for details, please contact me.
