The reason you don't see anything happen is because you can't see infractions. We don't just kick straight off the bat, we do infractions first. It is also at a moderators discretion as to what punishment is dished out. It's our job to decide it what is kick worthy and what isn't. We don't need new moderators, as site mod I can see how reports across the entire site are doing and I'd say things are more than under-control at the moment.

^^ I don't know were you've got the idea that we aren't working hard enough, seeing as you aren't a mod and so don't have the ability to see reports, however your idea is wrong, as soup said, the reports have a quick turnaround time. Please don't worry yourself, the site is fine. Moderation is, if anything, at a high. Definitely a lot higher than it used to be, we were on top of things then, and we are on top of things now.

Tornadoes are often in the shape of an upside-down cone, which, when it's put into a 2D surface becomes a pyramid shape. Flatten that out, turn it right-side up and add in the eye from the eagle mentioned earlier. Obvious Illuminati plot.

Except it's not at all awesome really, it's a freak of nature, they happen lots. It isn't some illuminati plot, it's the weather.

What Mischa said, try and get the thread back on course folks, I'd rather not lock it if people are trying to make valid suggestions. (By valid I mean ones that could work, we're obviously not going to award XP for flagging submissions, it will get abused to hell and back)

There are always going to be people who disrespect level 1's, that won't change if we add more ways to gain XP, just ignore them people and move on. Anyway, locking this thread, the question at hand has been answered and the discussion now is totally unrelated.
