I have 100 subscribers and I've only just recently started youtube. I have various ways of advertising server videos without viewers getting bored. I could make cinematic films relating to the server which will make it more interesting than just talking about the server and it's builds etc.

There's only one thing I wouldn't do and that's give shoutouts. I just believe they're unprofessional and don't really work for active subscribers.
