Ooh I have two I want to share-
1. I had this dream years ago, but basically, I was in one of my elementary schools' bathrooms, feeling like the walls were closing in on me. Like I was in there, everything was dirty, for some reason, and I felt trapped and claustrophobic. It wasn't a long or weird dream but it honestly affected me irl. Like earlier this year, I was volunteering back at that school and I ended up going to that bathroom again. Somehow my dream had affected how I remembered the bathroom, so I was surprised when I wasn't immediately trapped inside. I think there was also this weird inbetween time, where I thought that the bathroom wasn't even on the campus and I had made it up
2. I had this one a while ago, where basically I was a tribute for some strange version of the Hunger Games (??) and like in the books/movies, I was standing on one of the starting podiums, and terrified for my life. Dream me also begins to pray that this event was a dream and that I was going to wake up any time. I don't wake up, and the games start, and I die. That leads to like a video game thing, where I'm suddenly a spirit and I see everything in third person. After that I woke up and had a small existential crisis
This came out a little long, but those were two dreams that affected me a lot and were the weirdest
