How dedicated are you: as long as stuff is happening, I'm interested. if they owner is a way for a very long time, if slowly but surely lose interest. however, if something can/did/might happen, or if the owner is online, I'll be interested. I can juggle responsibilities very well, which i think would be useful for a disciplinary position like marshal.
How often do you play: 1.5-3 hours per day

If there was a hacker/griefer, what steps would you take before,during and after? I would first see the situation for myself, maybe /spectate if I'm suspecting something beforehand. after that, if I am thoroughly convinced that they are guilty, I will give one warning (or instantly ban them if it is a REALLY big problem) and if it continues, I will ban them, sending a message to them if there is any ambiguity to them why they were banned.
