My first real experience with staffing happened back in 2011. Then I was 12 and I was the General Manager of the once largest server in Minecraft, THEl33T, with a total of 300 or so players back then. There I never really felt connected though. I was never really respected, and I was never needed for help. In 2012, I decided to leave that server and build my own. That was unsuccessful in the way that I spent about $2k on it. It was unbelievable how much of my life I committed to it! I felt heartbroken when I first turned the lights of the server off. Then come 2014, I decided to being looking for opportunities to staff servers. Right now, I am a Mod of a fairly new, large server called GlowStone PVP. On that server, a lot of curve balls are thrown at me. I am also burdened with a heavy amount of burdens due to the case of hackers and such. I take these responsibilities with pride though! I am honored to be part of a great server like so and I do extremely well in the types of situations which would cause one to be pressured.
Kindness:(1-10) 10; I am a very kind person. If there is something that goes on the server that could be threatening to a member, I will comely approach the issue and deal out the consequences properly

I can help this server financially by donating often, but I can help it socially alot more than I can with financial stuff. Socially, I will first and formally record with Reflexin hopefully on his server with my series. I may also ask Vaecon to give this server a shutout on his next video. Secondly concerning the social aspects, I would be willing to help in game and off game. In game, I would be able to help with the needs of other people and members on the server. It would allow me to not only look towards helping myself, but helping others and teaching them the basics of staffing a server. Out of game, I would be willing to help with plugin work. I know of pretty much every single plugin that is important and valuable to a server. I know of plugins that will make a server boom, and some that will make a server fail. I hope that you will make wise decisions in choosing your staff, which you will anyways. I am also a very skilled builder! I can build anything you want with the magic of World Edit! I am also pretty good at building Mini Game maps and PVP courses.
