Don't think there's any answer other than Revan (if you're counting him as sith, before he turns.. again..). Such a badass character, and KotOR was an amazing game.

Not a bad thread design. It's not too complicated, and sometimes that can be good. I'd say you need a different font, especially for the main MineWeb name at the top.

So what is priority?

What hobbies do you have: I love to code websites, play RPGs, Sandbox games. I'm a skater, and although I just mess around I love trampolining =)

Penalties you would give(Give examples): This is highly dependable on the situation. Anything that I think would suffice would usually be it, e.g. 10 min mute for spamming, Tempban for Advertising, Ban for breaking major rules such as 'No Griefing'. I would adhere to the guidelines set by the admins/Development team.

Positions on other servers(currently): None

Previous positions: I used to own a Tekkit Classic server with an average of 80 players around the clock and average $2,000 in donations a month. I'm highly experienced with all aspects of running a server and managing a community.
Time dedication daily: 6/7 Hours on weekdays, on Weekends 12 hours a day.
Why should we accept you: I believe your Network shows potential as it is different. Unique aspects can make or break a server, and I believe you have a great idea. I enjoy Minecraft greatly, so I would love to help you build a community.

Reason for applying?: I miss being a part of a community, and the happiness it brings me. I have lots of spare time and would like to dedicate it to something meaningful.

Experience: I've run my own network before, and used to own a tekkit classic server with an average of 70+ players around the clock. I've always configured and set up plugins, for myself and others.
What plugins do you know how to configure?: Most of the common ones. Ones I don't know I can easily learn how to configure.
Have you worked with PermissionsEX?: Yes. IMO, it's the most advanced and easiest permission system. I know all aspects of it, and can create permissions files with ease.
Do you know how to code plugins?: I can get you custom plugins, yes. I also have some from my old OP PvP server I could help with.
Reason for applying: I have some free time now, and I love being a part of a community. I thought I might as well put my time to good use, and help somebody who has ambitions.

What timezone do your reside in?: GMT. I can still maintain contact with US citizens easily.

Have you had previous staffing experience, If so, where?: Yes. I owned my own network for a while, and ran it myself. I also used to run a tekkit server with an average of 80 players on all the time.

How can you benefit Slayde Networks?: I can bring experience, people, knowledge and fun to all players. I try to be as helpful and friendly as possible. I have experience in most aspects of running a server, so if you ever need help I'm on hand.

In which server are you apply to become staff?: Whichever needs me most. I'm here to help others, not benefit myself.

What weaknesses need improvement?: I can sometimes overthink things - but I like to think of myself as a visionary
What current version of Minecraft do you run?: 1.7.9, but can easily downgrade to whichever version is needed.

I thought I might add, I am usually online 6 hours a day on weekdays and about 12 hours on weekends, so you won't need to worry about activeness
I can also code websites if needed, and can provide proof of previous works.
