how are you today? I'm doing pretty well, how about yourself?
Why should we choose you? I have quite a bit server experience, and i am very fair to all players, no matter their previous actions
How will you benefit the server other then banning hackers?
How long can you be on per day? I can play anywhere from 2-4 hours weekdays after work, and anywhere from 4-10 hours on a weekend (Depending on my plans)
Can you build? very much so
Are you ready for stressful situations and will you stay calm? Quite, i've been told i act well under pressure

What can you do for this server ? I can keep players obeying rules, and enjoying themselves, i'm a very friendly person

What will you do if someone is threatening to Ddos you or the server? kick+TempBan and report directly to you (the owner) or another staff member of high power

What will you do if someone is spamming? warning, temp mute, kick, small temp ban, report to higher officiating staff member

What will you do if someone is abusing other players / staff members? kick+warning, temp ban, report

What will you do if someone is griefing? temp ban with instant notification to the server owner

Why do you think you are capable of receiving the position you want? I am a very well rounded and fair player/member with a decent amount of experience and i believe that i have a lot to offer your server

Previous experience being a Staff member: I was an owner of a prison server for a short time, i was also admin on a friend's server for another short time, both servers failed
Why pick you and not that other guy applying:

Skills (Patience, cooperation, etc.): patience, makes friends easily, and will always give someone a second chance

SCENARIOS (Must pick 1 of the following)

1) A Staff is abusing, giving op apples, making bedrock bases, and banning innocent players.... How do you handle the situation?

2) Someone is spamming an IP... What do you do? Warning, followed by a temp mute, kick, and then ask owner whether we should ban or temp ban for a large period of time

3) Someone is hacking... What do you do?
