I am alright at building I ain't the best, but if you give me a picture of what you would want built.. I am good at moderating servers I can tell the difference between Hacking and just internet lag.. I've work on Plugins before to be honest it is not very hard to do it just takes some time for different plugins.. I can recruit people by seeing if they now the rules and other needed things..
What server(s) have you been staff on previously or currently? My brother and I are currently working on a server together and I've been Mod on a different, but the owner just shut down the server and never heard anything back from him.

Give some detailed examples on how you did that role. My brothers and I server I help build the spawn VERY HUGE, Help do the shop took forever but worth it and I did most of the plugin work because my brother is dumb.. The mod I just kept up with updates and watch over the server to make sure hackers weren't hacking right in front of me.

When and how often are you likely to be on? I'll be on everyday for a least two hours helping out
Why do you want to help and become staff on this server? Because I like to work on servers and catching all the hackers, sometimes I will play with the kit-pvp and play but I will do what-ever you need done.
