You can use either Screenflow, fraps or camtasia and yes fraps works on mac its what i use to record videos

What you record with? Fraps and Camtasia at the same time so i have 2 copies of recording.
Have you recorded before? yes many times
What do you use to edit? I have payed for adobe after effects and premier i also have camtasia.
