I think bullying is a terrible thing. I am averagely tall and pretty well built for my age so i dont get bullied. (i also took tae-kwon-do for 5 years). However i have witnessed it before. Back when i was in second grade there was a kid bullying my little brother who was i kindergarten. he was just about to punch him when i laid him out with a round kick. (it was after school, he was trying to steal my brothers rocket he brought to show and tell.) from then on he never came near my brother.
However, some people here may not realize how real bullying actually is. I for myself have rarely witnessed it because i live in a wealthy community. it does happen, maybe not close to you. I agree, the best thing to do is tell a teacher or the cops depending on the location or severeness. Cyber bullying is no better than in person. cyber bulling maybe is even worse because you cannot get punished for it sometimes. In my opinion, both are terrible and should be greatly frowned upon.
