-What would you do if you saw or caught a hacker and you couldn't ban he/she?: Attempt to speak reasonably with them, do what I could to prevent the hacking, then report them to someone with banning capabilities.
-What would you do if you saw or caught staff abusing their power?: Report the abuse to the owner. If the abuse is destructive, use of /kick, tempban, etc. until the owner becomes online.
-Briefly Describe yourself: I'm a 19-year old college student who spends a lot of his free time playing video games. I have a love for food, cars, computers, and science. I also genuinely enjoy helping people, and one way I do so is through minecraft servers. Also, I have a job that may limit my playtime, but only minimally.
-What's the difference between Admin and Moderator?: It appears that here, there are no differences in permission levels between Admins and Moderators. However, Admins hold a more powerful title, and with that comes more responsibility. They are a representation of the server itself, and must work to present a good image and treat everyone fairly.
-How would you perform your job?: As I'm currently unsure of what kind of server this is, I can't say exactly. In general, I would assist new players, perform any server maintenance, make sure the rules are always upheld, do other tasks that are asked of me by the owner, and have fun!
-How would you train other staff (If directed to or if they request help)?: I would direct them to the rules for any information relevant to them. If they need help with commands, I would tell them directly or ask that they refer to the /help page. Also, I would give a tour of both the server world and features to better familiarize them.
-Do you know what a modified ('Hacked') client is, and how to use it?: Yes
