If I understand correctly you want to import maps and addons. To do so, you'll have to got to a website to download addons or maps (for me it's usually
mcpedl.com) once downloaded, you can click on the file in an external file explorer and it'll import the map or addon into the game. IF this doesn't work and you want to import the folders of the addons or maps into the minecraft files, you need to search for either minecraftWorlds (for maps) and behaviour_packs (for Addons) and paste them in these folders.
