Experience as Builder: I am a builder at creative-node, a good building server, and I have got experience building on my own.
Have you ever build large spawns. buildings. and etc: More than most people have done. So, quite frankly, yes.
Have you ever had staff experience: I've been admin/mod on quite a few servers, experienced servers at that.
Did you submit anything to pmc: I've only done one thing, that I never finished, although I'm not a big fan of sharing my beautiful stuff.
Schematic/Building of what you are going to do: A grand building using the main stone blocks; cobble, stone bricks, cobble stairs, etc... with some decor blocks such as wool and iron blocks.
I believe I could be the head of the project, having the most experience and knowledge.
